I don’t know much about fitness and weight loss stuff but I heard eating right food like staying away from junk foods and soda to sugar and sodium foods are good. But in terms of exercising, I think of is jumping jacks and push-ups and sit-ups.
I don’t know what are some great exercises or even YouTube channels to follow to get in shape. I want to start small and steady because I definitely want to get in shape, maybe it will improve my confidence and self esteem
