when should I stop?

i’m an 18 year old female, i’m 5’3 and i started at 181lb, im now 125 and in the healthy weight range but i still feel fat a majority of the time, and i see girls my height who are much thinner than me 109-115ish and wonder if i should continue to lose? I feel a lot better in my body but I also enjoy food quite a bit/going out to eat and am worried if I lose more weight it’ll be harder for me to maintain, I just feel like I could be thinner and am really scared if I increase my calories I will gain.
