Small progress is still progress

6ft, 26m, SW: 117kg, GW: 80kg, CW: 89kg

Posting this for myself or anyone else who needs to hear this. Progress over a year - even if it’s small - is still progress, stick with it!

If you go through my post history I’ve been on this journey for nearly two years now, my first year I lost ~20KG, got down to a low of 92-93 after a heavy night of drinking and afterwards sat steady at about ~95KG. This year I’ve lost 6kg and for a while there I was pretty sad at my lack of progress by comparison and I’ve had to keep reminding myself that small progress is still progress, just need to stick with it!

So to anyone feeling like they aren’t achieving enough, keep counting calories - enjoy the occasional bit of good food, hit the gym here or there and ask anyone on this subreddit if you need a hand because you lot helped me get as far as I have! ☺️
