I eat when I'm hungry and I stop when I'm not.
I eat some candy, snacks when I'm feeling sensitive from sugar withdrawal, but just a couple pieces and not the whole snack size bag. i try to stay away from granola bars cuz I know I'll eat 5 of them.
I'm slowly gaining weight. i'm not even maintaining it. how do i survive on 1200 calories? heck, even the healthy salads are 500 calories.
i like these little la perle lemon/orange candies that'll kind of curb my appetite, but i'm worried they'll make my teeth rot.
Why can't the body just adjust to my mental needs instead of making me miserably count my calories every day.
anyone else feel like me? i'm losing my sanity
