Hi everyone, I am a female and am in my early twenties. My period cycle is normal and I lost about 50 pounds 3 years ago and have maintated a weight of 60 kg since then. I strenght train at home (watching fitness youtubers like heather robertson) 4x a week, walk 8 miles a day ( usually once in a wee) k, and also spin. My diet is healthy consisting of good proteins and fats. Despite this being my consistent routine for so long, 2 weeks ago i started noticing my stomach protruding out, and the numbers on the scale increase. I thought it was related to my period, but my period ended a week ago and yet still I am 15 pounds heavier since two ( now three weeks) I am scared and find myself entering a depressed state. I am doing everything right and yet it was this easy for me to gain this much in such a small time.
Please let me know what you guys think happened, any advice or opinions on this situation would be really appreciated!
