as the title says, I have been working out and on a calorie deficit for 6 months now, I have been counting almost precisely every calorie I intake.
I settled with 2000 calories at first 3 months, then I dropped it into 1800 since I wasn't eating that much anyways. ever since I started dieting, I have never ate more than or equal to what I'm supposed to, its always lower than that, it is kinda getting in my head that I'm doing it wrong, and I don't know what else I'm supposed to do.
I have been also consistently going to the gym almost 5 days, all of which include strength training divided into Push-Pull-Leg routine, with HIIT cardio at the end of push and pull sessions, and leg sessions without any cardio.
its really frustrating trying new stuff like intermitted fasting / counting each and every calorie that goes in my body, but I still don't see actual results.
I used to weight 315lbs, and now I'm 290lbs.
