Hello, I'm very confused with this. I was losing weight at a healthy rate when I was following a bro split. But I decided to do some research and started following Layne Norton's PHAT workout program.
And my weight just completely stopped moving. It's stuck for a month now. I've made some progress on my lifts some examples 55kg bench press from 30 and 30kg preacher curls from 15kgs.
My training sessions go upto 90 minutes now so it's getting hard to get cardio in lately. And yes I'm eating at a deficit consistently.
