I gained a ton from a medication and it didn’t come off when I went off it. I’ve been walking 15,000 steps, no change. Weight training 3 days a week, nothing. Fasting and one meal a day, no change at all.
I’m going to try running and maybe a 5k by summer. I just wanted to know if anyone has lost much weight from running?
At this point, I don’t know what more I can do. Fast all the time? Even on the days I’m eating, it’s less than 1200 calories usually. Eating more isn’t the solution, i gained 60 pounds from eating normally.
It’s affecting my career, acceptance is not an option
