So I started my weight loss journey about a month ago (Male, 31, 6"2, 136kg/299lbs)
I've started back at the gym and have used the last month to get my body back into the swing of things and I'm finally ready to build a consistent routine.
I have roughly 1 hour each weeknight of gym time due to commitments. I've never been a fan of doing specific "Days" Eg. Leg day, Back Day, etc
Has anyone put together a routine that has a good spread of cardio and strength that you would recommend in these circumstances?
