I'm 15M, 5'9, current weight 76-77 kgs and want to get down to at least 67 and I've been so anxious since i started dieting. I feel i might collapse in school because of my diet and i also think whether I'm breathing enough or not, it's just that I've been more anxious lately and idk what's causing this and if this is temporary? Is this because when you lose fat, it affects your hormones or something, which in turn affects your mental health? Or is this something else entirely and is just a coincidence, also I'm somewhat a hypochondriac and convinced myself i had a disease a few months ago and had pretty bad anxiety for a week or so, I'm over it but I'm still scared of the disease and think of it from time to time
