6 weeks ago I signed up for the Australian Heart Foundation walking plan to get myself moving, and started tracking my calories using the MFP app. Week one I struggled to walk more than a kilometre without getting winded, this morning I walked 5.5km in just over an hour.

Still have a long road ahead of me to get to a healthy weight for my height (I'm 5'3 so I basically have to lose half my body weight) but I'm feeling really good about my loss so far and the improvement in my fitness over this past month and a half.
