So I've been on slimming world for a few weeks now and have lost 19lbs so far which I'm really happy about. But this week, even though I've stuck to the plan and counted my "syns" and ate healthy meals, I've gained 2lbs which I'm really quite annoyed about. My stepmum (who comes to class with me) doesn't believe I've been eating healthy and has been nipping my brain saying I must have been getting takeaways which isn't true. I've been fighting the urge to binge for a few days now but I'm almost at the point of saying "fuck it" and just eating what I want.
