I woke up this morning and stepped on the scale first thing. I weighed 135lbs. I felt this wasn’t accurate so I carried on with my morning routine- toilet/shower/brush my teeth. After all this, I decided to weigh myself again and the scale read 132. This is the lowest I’ve been. Am I safe to presume that the 132 reading is closer to my true weight and the other was due to body fluctuations/water weight?
