Sustainable Calorie Deficit

For my background: I'm 21F who weighs 127.43lbs (57.8kg) and I'm 5'0" (152.4cm) tall so I'm a little overweight. I'm currently working on being consistent with the gym and planning on splitting my workouts to 4 days gym, 2 days active rest day/cardio, and 1 day rest.

So here's the thing. I've tried calorie counting before and I've lost weight from this already but I gained it back so I'm starting it again. I'm on my 8th day and I was on a 1,200 calorie deficit. But I talked to my gym coach about my diet and he had me assessed through InBody. I found out that my recommended calorie intake is 1554 calories and my basal metabolic rate is 1100 calories so my coach recommended that I lower my calorie deficit to 1100 calories and to up my protein intake. My macros are currently: 124g protein, 82g carbs, 31g fat. The problem is I'm having hard time reaching my protein intake with my calorie deficit. I always go over the limit. And some people have told me that my calories are not enough for someone who goes to the gym but I don't know what to follow anymore. Is there a way I can fix my calorie deficit?
