Hey everyone,
Do you have any advice on not wanting to sample a bit of everything? Whenever someone brings in cakes, pastries, bread etc. at work, or when I can serve myself a meal from a variety of options, I always want to try every single thing in some strange version of 'missing out' so I end up doing so and overeating, especially as everyone else takes whatever is offered each time.
