Short women, what is your move goal on your Apple Watch?

23F, 5’3”, SW 140 lb GW 125 lb.

I’m struggling to figure out what deficit I should be in. I work out 5 times a week which includes 30 min of elliptical and weights. I have a desk job and I WFH so this is pretty much the only movement I am able to get during the day. This means I only burn 500 calories.

According to the TDEE calculator, with 3-5 days a week of exercise my maintenance calories are 2107, but my BMR is 1359.

I guess I’m just confused because if I add my calories burned according to Apple Watch to my BMR that means my maintenance calories is 1859, and only eating 1359 (500 calorie deficit) in a day sounds a bit difficult.

So am I not burning enough during the day? What is a better move goal for a short woman with a desk job??
