New to gain muscle

Hey I’m new here. My current weight is 175 and I am 6ft I do not know my body fat. I am currently eating mostly chicken, vegetables and protein bars but I’m not really counting calories by weighing my food. I try to work out at least every other day. and my goal is increasing my stamina and building muscle I’m not using any gear nor do I intend on using in the future. I’m not trying to get massive only fit. Really looking to find any good advice from others anything to help me is greatly appreciated.
