New scale shows me 2 kg (4.4 lbs) heavier. Seems trivial but I'm so bummed out.
Basically the title.
My old (but fancy- showed body fat % ) scale, broke. One of the 'legs' got loose and basically it gave me crazy wonky readings. I tried ti fix it, but failed, and fished out an older digital scale, that was always reliable. I changed the batteries and boom. It shows me as 2 kgs heavier. Which is probably my "real" weight.
It's so stupid but I feel so so bummed. I've been working so hard, and I lose very slowly (diabetes with IR, hormone issues plus stress) and have been working my butt off (ha pun intended) since the beginning of Aug.
How do I log this now? I know the answer is new slate, but like I'm half inclined to go back and change every weight entry log to (weight +2) just so I don't see the new "weight gain peak" in my curve.
Sigh, I know this is trivial but I have very few wins in my life atm and the few hundred grams weightloss weekly was really keeping me going.
What do you guys recommend?
Edited for stats:
