I'm in a really rough spot mentally right now. I can't bring myself to go back to making healthy meals for myself like I have been just yet, but I'm also subsisting almost entirely on fast food, protein shakes, and cereal bars and it's making me more depressed.
Can anyone recommend frozen or refrigerated, mass produced foods I can just grab and eat with nothing more than microwaving? Specifically stuff not loaded with sodium like most frozen junk food (frozen pizza, hot pockets) but also not the gross diet meals like Jenny Craig or Lean Cuisine?
