Basically the title I am so fidgety, all day everyday from the moment I wake up to the moment I fall asleep by rocking myself to sleep. I have major anxiety hence why I am constantly doing something.
One of the reasons I ask this is because I feel I shouldn't be losing as much as I am on my deficit which sometimes I have more food than it. But I'm still losing quite a fair amount of weight. Could this be a contributor?
