Would love some motivation

Hey everyone! I’m 26 years old, 5’10” and ~280 lbs. I’m a stay at home mom to a 1 year old.

I need to lose weight. I’m in constant back pain that won’t go away. I can’t sit on the floor and play with my son without feeling my back pain. I can’t hardly bend over and pick him up without feeling pain.

My husband doesn’t always understand how I’m feeling. I’ll tell him I need to lose weight and he’ll tell me to eat healthy while eating spicy noodles, chips, or other snacks. Also, we never really cook dinner. We eat out, a lot. And I don’t want that for my son.

It’s so hard to lose weight when he’s got his snacks in the house. I am a known binge eater (mostly when I’m feeling down but also sometimes out of boredom). And when I’m home alone all day with my son, it’s so hard not to just eat sometimes.

Any tips and tricks on losing weight with back pain are greatly appreciated. But I mainly need motivation to not binge eat/eat out and what can I do to curve my sweets cravings? It’s terrible. I find myself longing for sweets constantly.
