I only started being strict the last 10 days or so.
I’m 23f and 5’10 cw: 158 gw: 145.
As a young adolescent and in early college I was very thin.
I’ve never purposefully lost weight. In college I got very thin after freshman year and was about 140-148lbs for 3 years without ever trying and I don’t know how I maintained that. So I’m unsure how this will go.
Right now I try to stay under 1700 calories a day, anything lower is unreasonable for me right now. I’m also consistently hitting my steps and strength training 3x a week a change from being very sedentary. I have some health problems (hyper mobility) so everything I do has to be low impact.
Since I started counting calories I definitely feel low energy even though I’m making better choices and I keep passing out at 8 or 9pm.
Could this be because of my body adjusting or am I not eating right? I know sometimes when you eat crap foods you fall asleep but I’ve been consciously making better choices. I had hoped those changes would give me more energy not the opposite.
