Need to lose 85 lbs, having a hard time getting motivated

I’m trying to motivate myself to get back into the gym/on my treadmill at home and back into counting calories.

The only way I’ve lost weight (36 lbs) previously in the past couple of years, with my PCOS having gotten worse, was by working out 5-6 days a week (5-6 hours) and counting my calories carefully.

I feel burnt out, and what’s worse is now my blood work has come back poorly… but I’m so angry and tired all the time that I’ve been putting it off. What is wrong with me? Tips?
