Losing weight without counting calories + PCOS

I just wanted to know if anyone that has PCOS has lost weight without tracking macros and counting calories. I’m looking to loose around 50lbs (25kg) (I’m currently 183lbs/83kg and 165cm) but suffer with OCD tendencies so I feel like tracking calories and whatnot will make me spiral. I want to lose weight in a healthy sustainable way without it taking over every waking second of my life. So if anyone has any tips on losing weight with pcos but without going crazy on macro ratios let me know :)
