We are talking about someone who is 380lbs and has a TDEE of around 3300 calories per day.
He told me he is going to exercise 2 or 3 hours per day to burn 2000 calories and then eat 2000 calories per day, to burn 3300 calories total per day. He told me he will be 280lbs by Christmas.
Would this actually work in theory? I feel like he's setting hinself up to completely burn out after a couple days and go back to binge eating but he told me since he doesnt have a job it is possible for him to do this.
I know they lose fast on The Biggest Loser but just seeing if anyone knows people who actually lose this much weight that fast.
