I'm not losing weight anymore!!
Hello everyone, I followed a keto diet last year and I lost around 25 kg. I had s back surgery and I was stationary for 6 month and I gained them back. now I'm on an Atkins diet, but I havent even lost 1 kilo. why do you think that's happening. I'm 185 cm tall and I now weigh 155 Kilos. I'm starting to become very very anxious and I'm unable to come to terms with accepting how I look. I struggle with everything now even tying my own shoes, I cannot ascend 1 flight of stairs without gasping for air. Can someone help me?
