Most of the month, I am motivated, full of energy and hitting the gym and satisfied practicing CICO, but the week preceding my period I experience a severe energy dump and I am STARVING. I’ve been managing, but I wish I had some tips on how to better manage. I feel exhausted and my workouts aren’t as productive and I find fighting off hunger to be a lot harder during this week.
For example, last week I did cardio and weight training every day except Friday and I felt fantastic. My appetite was normal and I was satiated eating 1400-1500 calories a day. This week, however, I am super tired and having to drag myself into the gym. And I’m a lot hungrier.
