Help, I don't know what to eat

28F, 85kg, 164cm I've been going on and off diets these past couple of years. I first get super motivated and then give up very quickly. I've tried clean eating, intermittent fasting, low calory diet but I seem not to give up on all the tasty fast food stuff. And if I cook something at home it should be either real cheesy or with lots of spices to give it a kick. I tried again eating clean, I end up having all the vegetables rotten in the fridge for days and I just cook pasta or order some nasty fast food.

Also, I don't move much. I work from home then I feel tired and just stay at home doing nothing, just laying down.

How can I get out of this vicious cycle? What recipes and food should I start eating? How to cook them properly for weight loss?

Some say pasta/rice and bread are bad, so how do I fill my stomach and not feel like I'm starving myself off?

I used to make myself a healthy salad but it doesn't do the trick, I stay hungry...
