I’ve been tracking my calories every day and I weighed in at 243.4 on Sep 11th and since then I’ve been hovering around 244-246 pounds. According to pretty much every single calculator out there I am eating enough to be losing at least 1-1.5 pounds a week but I’m not sure considering the results. I’m 6’2, 245lbs and 22 years old. Approx 3 strength training sessions a week minimum 4k steps a day with a few days of 6k extra steps added by treadmill and around 7 hours of sleep a night. Eating anywhere between 2000-2300 calories and around 0.8-1g of protein per pound of body weight (200g+ of protein a day) tracking each and every ingredient and not eating back any calories burnt by exercise or walking. Any advice?
