ok, thank you for your posts, stories and ideas. Thank you for all the help. In April I was at 404lbs and slowly up and down (mostly down) I have dropped weight, increased my activity, and improved my diet. I don't know that I would be fifty pounds down in just about 6 months without you all.
I have implemented daily walking, CICO, 16:8 intermittent fasting, and I am really enjoying my new relationship with food.
