Exercise vs no exercise

Hi. Im overweight. I have a past of horrible disordered eating and mental health problems where it links to me binging and it’s a horrible cycle. It’s not as bad as it was. I don’t wanna count my calories. To start. I have a stationary bike inside my house. I was wondering if doing 30 mins a day is better then nothing. Well obviously it’s better. But will those extra 30 Minutes of exercise improve my health in anyway even if I don’t lose weight ?
