diet tips for picky eaters

i’m (20F) not super overweight, but I want to get ‘slim/fitter’. i often try to eat healthier but it gets very repetitive because i just don’t like a lot of foods. anyone else experience this and have any ‘go to’ meals that are easy, healthy and picky eater friendly?

for me, it’s mainly textures that i don’t like but also the taste of a lot of ‘basic’ foods like potatoes, onions, etc

i wish there was more stuff i liked but it’s such simple things like raw tomatoes or broccoli that make me feel nauseous whenever i eat them. a lot of fruits and veggies especially make me feel nauseous.

i need to ensure i’m eating enough to support 11 hour days but i also really want to lose weight so that eventually i’ll start to feel confident enough to go to the gym and things to get healthier too (i’m very unfit, especially since i’m not even overweight, im just at the higher end of ‘healthy’ and my fat gathers around thighs and lower stomach so i look worse too. like stairs to get to the 3rd floor? out of breath after that)
