So I gained 2 stone over the pandemic. It was the first time in my life I was overweight and I felt it. It took about 6 months to lose it which was one of the hardest things I've ever done. It was so boring and I had to be organised which I'm not. So I'm super proud that I did it. But what I didn't expect was how much I love my body now. I'm the same weight I was before. But all the insecurities I used to have are so much less. So it's weird but I'm glad I gained weight. I proved I can commit to something and try really hard. And also i like how I look. Its a great bonus outcome. Just wanted to share
