Lost my first 15kg! (SW: 128kg GW: 85kg CW:108, 6'2" Male, 32)

Still a lot to go, but it feels like a big milestone, especially in the space of 7 weeks.

I'm very aware that this is going to slow down, probably dramatically, now I've shed that first chunk of weight. I'm on 16:8 IF, using Noom for calorie tracking and hitting the gym 3-5 days a week, which is all quite a lot of effort. But, crucially, while it hasn't been easy per se, it's all been easier than I'd feared, which is weird.

I'm down a T-shirt size, my trousers are all getting to be a bit loose and you can definitely see the weight loss in my face/neck area. Still got a gut, but it's slowly shrinking away. Energy wise, I feel pretty good, definitely seeing an improvement in my stamina and psychological willingness to exercise/do physical work. Just got to stay the course now, if I keep to losing roughly 1kg a week (apparently that's sustainable) I should be near my goal weight by my birthday. I'm looking forward to not being heavily overweight for once in my life!
