I’m new to weight loss and was wondering the most common ways of counting calories! I personally have just been finding the calories on the nutrition facts, and keeping a note on my phone of my calorie consumption. Whenever the calories aren’t listed I just look up the calories and pick something close to what it is if I can’t find the exact item. I’m slowly building up my own little compendium of calories, and was wondering how you guys do it. How exact do you try to be?
