So To start I am 28(m) and 5ish months ago I started my fitness and weight loss journey. I went from 240 pounds at 5’10 to 175 in that time period, I have also been working out a good bit and have noticed visible gains across my body, which I believe contributed to me plateauing at 175 lbs.
My question is that I have an excess of loose-ish skin around my midsection and upper thighs. I lost a lot of fat in those locations, is there anything I can do to help tighten it up? Outside of building muscle mass, as I am already doing that, and targeting these areas specifically 2 times a week
