Digestive problems with why protein and creatine monohydrate !

I have noticed I am getting a lot of digestive problems with why protein and creatine. I take about 30 grams of whey protein and 3 grams of creatine monohydrate (just started last week) !
I looked around on the internet and the advice I got was that maybe I am lactose intolerant and need to change to a plant based protein !
Is that what I should do, or am I just panicking too quickly and should wait a bit to see if the issues resolve themselves ? P.S I don't think I am lactose intolerant as I frequently drink milk and haven't had this problem before ! (it has not even been one week of me starting to take this protein )
Any advice is highly appreciated !
