A lost person with a sudden goal

I'm a 21y/o dude, still kinda kiddy tho. I got a new job recently and have been very happy with it. However, there was one person at work that literally looked like what I envisioned myself if I was a lot skinnier. I'm seriously not kidding, everything from hairstyle to body. Thankfully he's a chill person, and we're also slowly becoming friends. (goodbye social anxiety)

The very moment I met this person, I had a sudden desire to start losing weight to have an almost similar body like his, I mean, like, come on, the ideal body I always imagined myself to have is right in front of me.

I started my weight loss journey on Monday, 5 days ago. At 77.0kg. Now, I'm at 73.6kg. I'm quite bummed down as I heard that the healthy rate is losing 0.5 - 1kg/week, and that the rate I'm currently at is wrong.

My plan is to lose weight, lose the fats, get a slimmer body, without building or growing any muscle. May sound odd, but I don't want to be bulky in any way. For me, the smaller/slimmer/skinnier, the better.

I know I can't choose where to burn fat. I haven't seen many people asking for this, but is there anyway for me to lose muscle, weight and fat at the same time? I'm guessing calorie deficit is a major part but please do let me know if there is anything else I'm missing.

As of now, I'll just surf through r/loseit more and see what I can find. Thank you all very much.
