I'll go first.
I'm a busy person and what makes eating healthier more challenging for me is prep work. As silly as that sounds, doing the food cutting for snacks or meals or whatever was a huge hurdle.
So, how do I get over my hurdle?
Convenience.
What has been key to my success has been buying fresh vegetables, fruit, or meat that has already been cut up by the store I buy it from. That way when cooking I just have to add things together and season them. HUGELY helpful. Sometimes I'll buy premarinaded or seasoned meat from the deli for even more convenience but try to do this less often as they tend to season things WAY saltier than I like.
I'll also buy the frozen packs of veggies or fruit for easy smoothies.
Why is food prep such a hurdle for me? Who knows. I dont know why I'm like this but in doing that small thing I have been able to get my successes in even though I'm not yet where I want to be. I will be. And convenience will be key.
Also... my air fryer is a weight loss godsend.
