I’m getting married in the states next weekend. We’re flying there on Monday and my fiancé wants to take me to different restaurants I’ve never been before. So far I’ve lost five pounds and I’m super motivated into staying in shape. I do wanna be able to enjoy some american food but I know it’s usually not healthy and I dont wanna gain weight the days before the wedding. I’ll try to workout everyday but I don’t know if it will be enough. I wanna try to be mindful and only allow myself to have one bad meal a day and then just eat healthy but I don’t think I’ll be able to control where his family takes us to eat. Do you have any tips to keep the weight off?
I’m a 25 y/o female, 1.51 m tall (well “tall” lol) started at 132 pounds now I’m at 127.
