IWTL: How to stop eating to try and fill a void in my life

Does anyone have any good resources I can read on how to stop eating emotionally/as a crutch?

Without going into too much detail, I constantly find myself binge eating to fill a sense of emptiness in my life. I was diagnosed with depression a number of years back and am on meds for it. I'm currently between therapists at the moment but have been seeing professional help off and on for the last few years as well. There doesn't seem to be any particular traumatic event in my life that's impacting me. Have struggled with addiction problems in the past too, probably same thing, trying to fill a feeling of emptiness in my life.

I'm looking for any reading material on how to try and unpack mental health issues that I'm trying to fill with food or good strategies on dealing with the feelings. Thanks
