I've gone from a physical job to an office job and I'm putting on so much weight

Dunno what do really write here other than I'm scared I'm going to die early at this rate. I'm nearly 30, 6ft5 and male. I was big when I had my physical job, around 130kg, now I'm pushing 150 after only 7 months of having an office job. I have literally hundreds of red lines around my stomach, arms, arm pits and chest.

I'm an emotional and impulsive eater, and my weight has gotten to the point now where I have to roll to the side to get out of a laying down positive as I can't get past my own gut. I also need to brace on something to get up from a couch, I no longer have the strength to lift my own weight.

I am trying to walk, but I can't go far, and my lower back and feet immediately start hurting.

I don't really know what I'm hoping for by writing this, maybe I need to just get it down so other people can see and maybe get some accountability.

Anyway, any help would be awesome, I'm truly worried about where I'm going to be in a year.

My question is, how do you start coming back from this position? I don't know if this is a rant or a question.
