Is it possible to go from 220 pounds to 200-210 pounds in a month?

I’m 5 11 and weight 223 pounds. I know for most people 1-2 pounds a week is the safe rate to lose weight but since 220 pounds is considered overweight could I get away with losing weight faster, especially since it’s only for short term? And if it is possible how would I do it? I am currently thinking of going 800 calorie deficit (1850, maintenance for sedentary my weight is 2452)6 days and eat maintainable calories for 1 day every week + 3 days of weight lifting a week, although this would only lead to 1-2 lbs lost apparently. I will be topless on a day to the beach next month and although 200-210 pounds is not very good I will feel a lot more comfortable with how I look. I was also wondering if their was a way to look skinnier just for that day too, I heard this might possible if you dehydrate yourself the day before. Anyone who was able to accomplish this have any advice on how to do this?
