Lately it's been raining in our area so I couldn't take walks outside.
So of course to get my steps in I walk at home. The issue is it gets boring and feels less motivating. I also don't want to stare at my phone the whole time while walking.
So what I do is I pretend to wait tables lol. I do this for 2+ hours straight and can get 10k+ steps!!! It's so fun and I feel like a bit more intense since sometimes I'd run around in the kitchen pretending that I messed up an order.
It has become so fun to the point I'd really pretend to be a server and interact with fake guests and chefs (myself) and even make up Karens who are rude to me (again, myself)
I only do this when everyone is in a room since this is embarrassing
