I lost 4lbs this month. I've been eating smaller portions and making much healthier food choices since my diet began. My plate is probably 80% vegetables every meal. I eat twice a day, drink water and zero calorie beverages throughout the day as well.
Feeling proud... I've seen major changes in my calf muscles. They are more defined now. I think it's been almost 2 months now that I've been going on walks. I normally walk 2 to 5 miles each time, atleast 4 times a week.
It's been difficult staying motivated over the last two months because seeing results takes so long... but it's so worth it. My legs were a bit chunky before but I'm starting to feel and look fit.
20lbs more to lose, it feels like it'll take forever but if I build enough muscle, that weight goal may change. Don't forget that muscle weighs more than fat!!!
