I had a lot of food yesterday. I mean copious amounts. My maintainable is 2500 cal and I must have consumed like 4000 cal yesterday. I was sure I set myself back a few days, and was definitely going to gain a few pounds on water weight, but this morning when I weighed myself I was 3 pounds lighter than yesterday??? My weight was consistently the same as well for over a week despite being in a 1000 cal deficit then all of a sudden the first day in a huge surplus, bam! I lost the weight. It makes no sense I definitely was on a huge surplus and had a ton of carbs, so what about the water weight? Sure I played badminton for 1 hour yesterday but there is no way I covered 1000 calories in that time. Is it possible that the water weight will add tomorrow or later on? And how is it possible that I lost the most weight being the unhealthiest I’ve been in the past 2 months.
