How much slower is your metabolism going to be after a 3 week crash diet? I am consuming about 1500 calories (29 year old male) and burning about 3000 calories per day (heavy cardio + 20 minutes weight lifting + basal metabolic rate).
Is a 3 week crash diet going to significantly slow down metabolism to the point that once i am no longer on such a large deficit, my basal metabolic rate will be significantly lower?
