Hello ! I'm 24F , 163cm and 70 kg . Long story short I was a basketball player and I was fit my whole life . Til COVID hit ... When COVID hit I bought some calisthenics equipment , and that is where I made this one terrible mistake . I've gotten a hiatal hernia ( stomach hernia ) . It was probably due to working out soon after eating ... My hernia gave me a bunch of weird symptoms and tons of pain so I stopped working out and let myself go . Now because of that same hernia getting worse I have to lose at least 15 kilos ! It is according to my doctor supposed to get better if I lose that weight . So since I can't exercise , I've decided to make 20k steps every day . 10k in the morning and 10k at night . Also I started intermittent fasting and I thought it might be a good idea to stick to 1500 calories a day diet plan since I feel better when eating less anyways . What do you all think ?
