Hi all,
I’ve been fat all my life. I’m a picky eater. I outgrow all my clothes (currently XXL). I’m not sociable.
But that changes now.
I believe that losing weight will help me feel more confident, raise my self esteem, allow me to wear clothes I like, talk to more people, be more fit and lift more, and also eat a healthier diet.
I know I’ve got a lot to change. I’ve been soda-free since January, which I’m proud of. However, I can do better. I know I can open up and eat more fruits and veggies. I know I can put in the daily commitments to gain muscle and lose weight.
But I’m lost. What do I do? What’s the first step? What should my methodology be? I was wondering if anyone could enlighten me :)
