I was hospitalized for liver inflammation(or liver infection?) and now my doctor assumes I have similar issue again. Feeling bloated, can't digest food. It had happened two times in a month.
Good thing is I lost 7 kg from my maximum weight(87kg) I am now 80kg at 158cm. I found I have non-alcoholic fatty liver.
I don't know if I need drastic weight loss measure to avoid further liver damage cause medical care is so slow in Canada. The doctor told me that he would set the ultrasound appointment on Tuesday but I haven't heard back from them since that day.
I have another risk factor, and it's antipsychotics. I have taken them for 10 years, and found several research about correlation between liver damage and psychiatric medication.
I should call the doctor on Monday and ask about the cause of my liver damage. By the way, my age is less than 30.
